  • The technical specialist must know and communicate to the client information about the existing tariffs for the installed service.

  • The technician must carry up-to-date promotional material with him.

  • The technical specialist must know and, at the request of the client, bring to him information about ongoing promotions.

  • The technical specialist receives a work order for the connection of the service(s), a work permit for work in electrical installations (when connecting an electrical outlet to a storey electrical panel) and a package of documents from the responsible person of the Agent.

  • On the day of departure before the visit to the subscriber and no later than 1 hour before the start of the Time Slot, the Technician makes a control call to the subscriber to inform the Subscriber about the visit. If the client is not available by phone, the Technical Specialist is obliged to visit the client in accordance with the terms of the Application. If the Subscriber is not at home at the appointed time slot or is not ready to receive the Agent's employee at the appointed Time slot, the Technician immediately reports this information to the responsible Dispatcher of the Operator by contact phone.

  • Before leaving, the Technician makes a control call to the subscriber to confirm the installation work and agree on the installation time. In case of unavailability of the client or his unavailability, the Technical Specialist reports this information to the responsible person of the Agent.

  • The technician is responsible for neat appearance and overshoes.

  • The technical specialist is responsible for the timely arrival to the client, in accordance with the work order, for the quality of the assembly and installation work on connecting the service and for the correctness of filling out the reporting documents following the results of the departure.

  • The technical specialist connects and configures the equipment necessary to provide the client with the services ordered by him; activates services; checks the quality of the services provided; demonstrates the provided services to the subscriber; provides information about the reference and information services of OJSC MGTS, about the competence of these services and methods for submitting applications.

  • The technician is prohibited from accepting funds from customers.

  • The technical specialist, together with the Client, when connecting the service(s), fills in and signs the documents. Each of the documents is filled in in 2 copies (one copy of each of the documents remains with the client, the second copy is transferred to the responsible person of the Agent no later than the working day following the day the application is completed. The technical specialist is responsible for the correctness of filling in the set of documents, compliance with the tariffs specified in it plans current and valid at the time of signing.

  • When installing a circuit breaker in the floor switchboard and connecting the power cable, it is carried out by a team of installers consisting of 2 people, with the 3rd electrical safety group.

  • When working with laser radiation sources, the Technician must comply with the laser safety requirements POT RO-45-009-2003 (section 10).

  • When working with a miniature source of laser radiation (hazard class 3A), as well as with a drop cable (patch cord) disconnected from the ONT, which is under radiation, direct visual observation of the radiation is prohibited (directly direct the beam into the eyes) as with the use of personal protective equipment , and without them.

  • All installation work must be carried out carefully, in compliance with the requirements of labor protection and safety.
